Breakfast and Lunch Prices

Lunch is available daily in all Green Bay Area Public Schools. Breakfast is available in most schools.

All schools offer nutritious and delicious meal choices that meet the USDA requirements. The Middle/High school lunch program includes a full meal deal, a wide variety of entrée choices, as well as separate a la carte items for purchase. Our elementary schools offer one smaller line of options to meet the USDA requirements.

Students may purchase a la carte items (including additional milk with a meal or with a cold meal from home). Students are unable to purchase a la carte items if it will result in a negative meal account.

Breakfast and Lunch prices are established in accordance with USDA and DPI regulations, with final approval from the District's School Board. The regulations include provisions to ensure schools are not charging less for meals than it costs to produce the meal, ensuring Federal funds do not subsidize paid-student meals, ensuring Food Service Department budget is supported, and includes reference to the reimbursement rates established by U.S. Congress. Read more details in Board Policy 763 and 763-Rule.

Free or reduced price meals are available to students of eligible households; please visit this page for more information on Free & Reduced Meal Applications.
