Calling all Alumni! Help us update the alumni database

Our District has partnered with Publishing Concepts (PCI) to update our alumni database information for graduates through the class of 2019. PCI will reach out directly to alumni on our behalf via email, phone call, and postal mail.

When verifying the information, PCI will offer alumni the opportunity to purchase a copy of the alumni directory and/or merchandise. Please note, no purchase is necessary in order to be included in the directory. Additionally, alumni who wish to be omitted from the directory, may do so when speaking with PCI.

Up-to-date alumni information is critical for keeping our graduates informed about upcoming class reunions, developing career placement guides to benefit students and alumni, as well as determining our ranking in national evaluations.

Thank you for your participation! To verify your information, please contact PCI at the number listed below Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. CST:

Southwest - (800) 546-0328

Preble - (800) 546-1031

West - (800) 546-2018

East -  (800) 546-2029

Important Information

  • Only graduates from each high school will be able to update their information and/or purchase a copy of the directory. The directory is not available for purchase to the general public.
  • If you did not receive a postcard, email, or phone call, you can still call the corresponding phone number listed above to verify your information.
  • For questions related to the verification, please contact the GBAPS School & Community Relations office at (920) 448-2025.
